The Gas Blaster is an Uncommon Rifle that can be found in the game.
Usage
It fires long green bullets at an extremely fast speed, and can Poison targets on critical hits.
Despite the weapon's uncommon rating, it works well in late-game scenarios.
Its mix of fast bullets, low cost, and poison damage proves useful against the most resilient enemies. However, the somewhat bad damage-cost ratio (3 damage per shot for 1 energy) may bring some energy problems.
Recommended Buffs
- The Accuracy buff – Gives 2 extra crits and removes inaccuracy, making it a deadly weapon.
- The Bouncy Bullets buff – The inaccuracy may mean some bullets miss, but perhaps they'll find a new target
- The Element buff – Slightly increases damage output, since the critical chance is somehow low.
- The Poison buff – Though the damage is slower than the bullets.
- The Energy buff – Could help in some way with reducing the possibility of running out of energy quickly.
